THE POSSIBILITIES

Bring the surface back into view.

Outdoor surfaces collect dirt and buildup over time. Cleaning can make the lines of a walkway, the texture of a patio, or the approach to your garage feel more defined again. Different materials and conditions call for different consideration.

Triangle Luxe Painting offers house and driveway pressure washing in Apex and surrounding communities. Our gallery also shows patio and walkway work. Share the surfaces you want cleaned, their condition, and photographs so Blake can discuss what is appropriate for your property.

House washing

Describe the exterior material, the areas you want addressed, and any visible buildup. Mention upper-story sections or areas where access may be limited.

Driveways & approaches

Include the approximate area and the type of surface. Photos of staining and the wider driveway help communicate the condition and layout.

Patios & garden paths

Ask about the specific stone, paving, or other outdoor surface on your property. The project gallery includes examples of patio and walkway cleaning.

BEFORE THE FINAL FINISH

The material guides the approach.

A driveway, painted surface, and stone patio should not simply be treated as interchangeable. The existing finish, joints, condition, and nearby features all matter when deciding how a surface can be cleaned. Point out any loose areas, damage, or previous issues before work is planned.

Give Blake a sense of access around the house, garden beds, parked vehicles, and outdoor furniture. If you are also planning exterior painting or deck finishing, mention those projects so the timing can be discussed together. Particular stains and weathered surfaces may respond differently; ask about expectations for the areas that concern you.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few project questions.

Can washing be discussed with exterior painting?

Yes. Mention both when you get in touch so the surfaces and sequence of work can be considered together.

What should I send for a washing estimate?

Your location, the surfaces involved, approximate sizes, and a few photographs are a helpful start. Include close views of any buildup or staining you particularly want addressed.
